make report for self-referring equivalent class defs

We would like a Jenkins report for any classes that have equivalent class 
definitions that have a self-referring genus that is also a subclass of 
phenotypic abnormality. 

For example in HP,
Facial Hypotonia has equiv class def:
'has part' some 
    ('Muscular hypotonia'
     and ('inheres in' some face)
     and ('has modifier' some abnormal))

where 'Muscular hypotonia' and 'Facial Hypotonia' are both descendent 
subclasses of 'Phenotypic abnormality'.

For MP any descendent subclass of 'mammalian phenotype' would be the parallel.
