Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 8 years ago

What is the HP term?
 * Skull defect
* Logical definition (if present)

'has part' some
    ('lacking processual parts'
     and ('has component' some abnormal)
     and ('inheres in part of' some skull)
     and (towards some ossification))

Description:
This seems wrong

What should be fixed?

* HP logical definition

this seems wacky to me. The label is too broad for its placement under calvaria

id: HP:0001362
name: Skull defect
namespace: human_phenotype
def: "A localized defect in the bone of the skull resulting from abnormal
embryological development. The defect is covered by normal skin. In some cases,
skull x-rays have shown underlying lytic bone lesions which have closed before
the age of one year." [HPO:probinson]
is_a: HP:0002648  ! Abnormality of calvarial morphology
