Abnormal morphology terms in HP #99

abnormality of the external nose
abnormality of the immune system
abnormality of the scrotum

These HP terms use the logical definition:
'has part' some 
(morphology and ('inheres in' some anatomy') and ('has qualifier' some 
abnormal))

But this logical def seems too specific, and the text defs for these terms are 
more broad.

Revised logical defs to use "quality" instead of "morphology"
