Redo model textures for legal reasons #262

So it turns out that cgtextures.com has a poorly worded licence with an FAQ
that has some non-obvious restritions about open source using the images.

Anyway, long story short, we're not allowed to use cgtextures textures
anymore. This means that parts of the current models need to be redone with
open textures.
