[Tools/Sbs] SBS Documentation #25

In order to prepare SBS first release, we need to write end-user documentation.
This documentation will be a series of tutorial with practical examples.
For now, 3 main tutorials are programmed :
  * Tutorial 1 : Introduction to an easy C/C++ build tool (installation, configuration, basic examples, sbs.xml and *.config files, basic commands, external libraries, tests, ...)
  * Tutorial 2 : Going further (advance use of variables, import external SBS compliant xml files, create our own library pack, ...)
  * Tutorial 3 : Writing plugins (SBS 2.0)

Plugin system is planned to be introduced into SBS version 2.0, so a new task 
will be opened for this last tutorial

Tutorials are written with OpenOffice.org writer, and must be publishe as PDF 
and as Wiki pages
