Wordpress 3.2 functions warning

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create a new invoice for a user.
2.After is pressed the button "Email to Client" in the page "Help
Save and Preview"  
3.In the page "Invoice Overview" at the top and at the bottom appear the 
following error messages:

- Warning: tempnam() [function.tempnam]: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The 
script whose uid is 1718 is not allowed to access /tmp owned by uid 0 in 
/home/xxxx/public_html/xxx.com/wp-content/plugins/web-invoice/Functions.php on 
line 1110

and

- Strict Standards:  is_a(): Deprecated. Please use the instanceof operator in 
/home/xxxx/public_html/xxxx.com/wp-includes/script-loader.php on line 660

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using Wordpress 3.2 and Web-invoice 2.1.0

Please provide any additional information below.

Wordpress 3.2.1 and Web-invoice 2.1.0.

When I pressed the button "Email to Client", after the redirect, in the webpage 
"Invoice overview" I see at the bottom of the screen (after left sidebar) :

"Strict Standards: is_a(): Deprecated. Please use the instanceof operator in 
/home/xxxx/public_html/xxxxx.fr/wp-includes/script-loader.php on line 660"

Expected output : nothing.
