Ability to send receipt and track payments from non recurring invoices #139

What would you like to see? Please describe in detail.

I would love to use Web Invoice as it mostly is an awesome product.  The one 
thing that inhibits me from switching over from my previous billing software is 
that I don't seem to have a way to send a receipt to a customer that is not 
recurring and just sent me a check.  I would like to be able to track those who 
have paid and those who haven't.

Is this possible?
