backend error when emailing invoice #193

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add new invoice (backend)
2. email invoice to customer (backend)
3. although email is recieved correctly

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

CURRENT:
Strict Standards: is_a(): Deprecated. Please use the instanceof operator in 
/home/ikuponco/public_html/wp-includes/script-loader.php on line 725

without this error :)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
wordpress 3.3.2
web-invoice.2.1.0.zip

Please provide any additional information below.
e-mail with invoice details and pdf are recieved.
