Entering or editing external links on pages are disabled #204

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.You cannot enter a new or edit an existing external link on a page.
2.When editing or creating a new page, highlight the text desired for a link 
and click the link button.
3.The Insert/edit link form opens but you cannot enter or change information.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The form opens but does not function. I also tried using html but it seems to 
not add the URL (it does add everything BUT the URL) even though the proper 
syntax was used.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 2.1.0 Linux

Please provide any additional information below.
Existing links are working but you can't modify them.
I only noticed this issue after I updated to WordPress 3.4.
I have few plugins. Entering or editing an external link was normal after 
disabling WebInvoice. BTW, your product is great!
