Site states that Google Checkout Subscriptions are an option, but the plugin states otherwise once installed.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Down and install the latest plugin from this site
2. Activate the plugin and enter all data into the settings page
3. Click the Recurring Billing link in the menu and you get this notice at the 
top of the page:

You need a Moneybookers account with Merchant status, AlertPay Business 
account, PayPal Business account, PayPal Payflow Pro account or a credit card 
processing account to use recurring billing. You may get an ARB (Automated 
Recurring Billing) account from MerchantPlus (800-546-1997), 
MerchantExpress.com (888-845-9457) or MerchantWarehouse (866-400-9706).

Once you have an account, enter in your username and transaction key into the 
settings page.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The plugin, as it states on the homepage of this site, should allow you to use 
Google Checkout Recurring billing.. it does not.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WP 3.5.1 
MAMP Pro install running PHP 5.3.6, MySQL 5.5.9, etc.

Will recurring billing via Google Checkout be in an upcoming update? Is there 
something I should do differently to allow them now??

Hello,
Just checking in to see if there is a way to use Google Checkout Subscriptions 
with this plugin - as our sites states here: http://bit.ly/cfHwzQ under 'Some 
Features' section...

But, in the admin, under the Recurring Billing section, Google Checkout 
Subscriptions is NOT an option.. please advise. Thanks again for all your hard 
work! If this plugin IS able to use Google Checkout, Stripe or even WePay for 
recurring billing, I WILL make a good donation for your time!
