Mappability files for mm8 27nt #31

I'm working on Ubuntu 12.04

Where can I find the mappability files of mm8 with reads of length 27 ?

You can use the 36 bp mappability file as an approximation, which should be 
sufficient.  You can also compute the mappability files from the peakseq 
website.  We have our own wrapper that uses a portion of their code, and we 
will make it public soon.
