is it possible to add an option to view inline the full log from es?, for example

if you click on message for example you will get expanded view with full message from es datastore. it could really be useful. if that not possible, could we at least ladd a button next to the log message that take you directly to /app/discover#/doc/uniq-id/app-server-2020.09.24?id=messageId?
