Use the Google Play Services and Geo Fences to determine when a TR should be 
started.
Should contain an overview-map with all the fences and an add/edit screen.
When a fence is entered a TR should be started, when a fence is left the TR 
should be ended...

If this is implemented, consider users who install the app from sources other 
than google play (e.g. f-droid) and who may not have/want google play services.
