Windows x64 support #666

Hello!

As I know google-breakpad works fine on x64 windows system, but theare some 
problems with VS solution/projects generated by gyp:
1. There are a lot of warnings 4267, because of different size of size_t, since 
warning threated as errors users have to and this warning in ignore list;
2. Project output configuration do not care abt separate folders for 32 and 64 
builds, thus both 32 and 64 libraries appear in the same directory
