Looking glass server shows previous order summaries/BTC addresses after placing an order #26

As the title suggests and somewhat undesirable behavior :)

This appears to happen when the lg_session is not correctly set - this value should come from a cookie in the browser. May be related to #16

Issue can be observed on any looking glass server by placing an order and following through to the payment screen. At this point remove your lg cookie and reload the page.
