porting library for .NET #76

I would like to port this library for .NET keeping the logo and the license specification. Is it OK if I do it?

Hi Zama, good news :)

Unfortunately, I cannot help you in this task, I don't know .NET :( We have some tests cases, please be my guest to copy it.

Let we know your progress, we are thinking in a webpage to F-F maybe is a good idea to join the projects on the same page.
