Added path_checking option.
path_checking
Sorting options set by the user should be now be persistent between reloads.
Setting the INDEXER_BASE_PATH $_SERVER variable should now overwrite the default base directory setting.

Dates should now attempt to match the timezone of the client (#5).
The filename of the script (indexer.php by default) and the indexer directory should now be hidden if the root directory is being browsed (#6).
