Section 4.4 - Error on adding a new todo item to a table in a Postgres DB

Tried creating all the resources a few times, but the web app fails to create a new todo item. No relevant logs in the DB container. Logs from the web app container:

Add above codes , and rebuild the docker image; then use the new image in yaml file, solved !

i just did what @undertheflag put in the screenshot, i just had to build the image and push it docker hub to make it work, the name of image is tsouhaieb/todofix
