If a name is entered with a quote or apostrophe, scaf should just strip those for any machine-read fields.
Existing directory shouldn't cause project to fail
If a developer runs scaf where there is a directory name for the project and that directory is empty, I think scaf should assume they mean to use that and just skip the directory creation step.
