Team chose [severity.VeryLow] Originally [severity.Medium]

Reason for disagreement: This literally breaks the abstraction barrier. It prints a warning to the user that the user should not see besides the usual exceptions that should have been caught. To say the severity is very low would be saying that abstraction does not matter.
