Values are not saved in settings.xml #3

When filling in the details inside settings those values are not reflected inside settings.xml. - i assume this also why i cannot lockup any tv shows.

I've fixed this in the latest commit, the base_url setting had no affect on form posts but it will work now from inside a sub-directory.

I can now save items within the settings section.
