Skill requirements not updated? #36

I'm using version 0.2.9.

Skill requirements doesn't seem to be updated.

Example: According to vitality Medium Pulse Laser Specialization has Small pulse laser specialization as a prerequisite. That requirements doesn't seem to exist. I think i remember that they changed that a while ago.

New database import or something like that needed perhaps?

This is fixed in the 0.2.11 release, however, it's really an ongoing issue, especially with CCP doing updates every 10 weeks.
