This is a running list of packs which exhibit the "format error: can't find EOCD signature" problem:

Fixed in 87ca67fb8a1baaaa9c0a9c066bd222e3aad2998f

I was able to get partially usable packs by running the following through zip -FF (c.f. 0a1e41af9e2627917845a176dd30af5ee7a56e65)

I replaced the partially recovered pur-0894.zip by the original file.

This was salvaged from "Plex CD Vol. 4" and found thanks to DiscMaster.
