Ability to disable clouds, sun, and moon in custom dimensions. #150

Description

Ad Astra looks incorrect with these in the sky, would an option to disable these on a dimension by dimension basis be possible? Also, would dimension overrides be possible? For example, the bumblezone mod's dimension tends to look better with most shaders when having it set to use the nether's properties but I cant see a way to do that with this shader.

Completely on board with this, I'd be absolutely stoked to see this shader being able to be compatible with Ad Astra. It's currently my favourite out there and the potential is just immense.
