Change string operator based on class base interceptor. This PR is based on PR https://github.com/sixty-north/cosmic-ray/pull/476

Can skip string parameter of function declared in filter-if-called-by = ['_', 'tr'] (Human readable string)
Skip doc string
Pattern of new string is configurable (replace-with = "XX %s XX")
