These should all be completely safe PEP8-compliance changes. The majority of them were made by the auto-pep8 tool, so they haven't actually been looked at (closely) by a person. Also, I don't have any segy data that passes the testegy.py script, so I don't really have any good way of knowing if these changes are all sound. But I think they are.
