In `tuneParams()` explain the exponent controls #19

When a user changes an exponent, the coefficient is also changed to keep the value constant at a particular size. For example when changing 'n' then 'h' is changed to keep the same maximum rate at maturity size.

Now that we have tuneGrowth(), probably the old code should be replaced by that.
