Simplify tuning of growth curves by keeping feeding level constant automatically #29

Currently when one tunes the growth curves one needs to adjust both gamma and h in order to keep the feeding level. In discussion with @juliablanchard we felt it would be nice to give the user a single slider that adjusts gamma and h together so as to keep the feeding level constant at the smallest size.

This worked very well. See tuneGrowth(). A single slider (plus the hidden calibration and matching magic) seems to be all one needs to get the growth curves to match.
