Update spectra of all species when parameter is changed #30

Currently only the spectrum of the currently selected species is updated. I can see no reason why we should not update the spectra of all species, because it is fast.

This makes a difference only when a parameter is changed that affects more than one species, like for example the interaction matrix entries or the effort or the resource parameters.
