Remove `calibrateYield()` and `scaleModel()` #53

These functions are here only so that they work with mizerMR models without having mizerMR loaded. This was only done to facilitate the autograding in the mizer course in August 2022 which did not want to install mizerMR.

After the next release also remove steady() which also differs from the version in the new mizer only to cater for mizerMR.

This was closed in commit eb9a4660
