Cannot recover forgotten password for nairobisizzle.com #1

At the bottom of the login page it says: "Forgot your password? Click Here"

When I click the link it stays on the login page. There is not facility to recover the password.

Sorry I wasn't able to replicate this. I clicked on it and it took me to a new page (url: http://nairobisizzle.com/login/recoverpassword). I entered my email to receive a new password, though I haven't gotten the email after 10minutes...that may be another issue...

Also, probably the whole text "Forgot your password? Click Here" should be clickable.

EDIT: On the closing, I thought "Comment & Close" meant something entirely different.. :)

To reproduce (Chrome 13.0, Mac OSX):

  1. Go to nairobisizzle.com
  2. Click to launch "Campus wisdom" (Or any other app) -> takes you to login screen
  3. Click the forgotten password link at the bottom -> address changes, but login screen remains visible

I was able to recreate the problem, being worked on currently. Btw, still haven't gotten my recovery email yet..

Fixed the issue with the forgotten link staying on the same page. However,Joel's issue still persists. It is probably something with asi mail configuration.

Joel,I managed to get a recovery email. It was initially in my gmail spam. Konker,try it and see if you can get the recovery email.

I still have the same problem as per my comment on August 24, 2011. Cannot get to the password recovery screen once an application has been chosen.

I can get to the password recovery screen if I do not choose an application first. The email is received once I enter it into the password recovery screen. (hiit.fi email address) However, this does not guarantee that it will be received by e.g. a gmail address, or a hotmail address, etc. A few of these should be tested.

The issue with remaining on the login page has been fixed but hasn't been updated on the live service. You can test it on the test version running on AWS, the IP-who's-name-cannot-be-mentioned-here! :)
