Handling of 'no consent' in the rest call for the user creation. 'FI1'/'EN1.5'/'SE4' ????

Research consent value with new user data is passed as 'EN1.0-AaltoLunch' to ASI as mentioned by Antti Virolainen.

If the user selects the box for the research consent: Research consent value with new user data is passed as 'EN1.0-AaltoLunch' to ASI as mentioned by Antti Virolainen.
If the user doesn't select the box for the research consent: Research consent value with new user data is passed as 'EN1.0-AaltoLunch-no'.
