Progress dialog #22

Currently, it is unclear whenever system is doing anything. It is important to show something, so that people know what is going on. Please, implement progress dialog.

we do not need the progress dialog any more.

But we would still need it later when the data quantity are larger.

So I suggest to keep this issue open.

It is of lower priority, so lets do the progress dialog.

Same here, since the estimations are till 27, so i will test it monday 28.11. Please, if you havedone smth for the issue, could you leave a comment here, that smth was done, so I know that it should be tested.

If I understood the problem right: the problem was, that when the data is uploaded or while the system is working, then it has to be visible the progress dialog. Right now, in observation section, while switching between different users data, there is shown round process dialog. Though the time is very short, but when the data is bigger, then it would be more noticeable.

@katuta just to follow up on this. Could you check on several browsers (firefox, chrome, ie7/ie8) ?

tested in : IE8, Mozilla 8, Safari 5.1.1, Google chrome. - in all round progress dialog is shown, when switching the views in observation section.

I do not have IE 7, do not want to install it on my laptop here, so will try it later.
