Hi, Miyula! I have tested your changes. here is the list of the comments. Not all of the require changes, some of them just observations. I think you are the one who decides whether you do the changes or not:

1. Tested to add new tool - works fine
2. add new page for the project - page was created, but is visible only in content section under Project / Manage. Is this how it is supposed to be?
3. add links for the tool – there are two places to add link for the tool, from the tool page and from project/Manage Related links table. Related links are shown in the block box with the tool. The other links are only shown on the tool page. It is a bit confusing. What is the idea behind these two types of links?
4. When you add new link for tool from Manage section, there is notification that: The URL should be a full URL address. e.g. Starts with 'http://', 'https://' or 'ftp://' , but when you add link for tool from tool page, there is no such a notification. And that is why one link that I added is not working. Maybe it is good to add the same notification there as well. But of course it is a low priority.
5. It is possible to add links for projects and tools, but it is not possible to edit them. And if you made a mistake, you cant correct it.
6. Adding the name of the project to URL : works fine with letters, capital letters and numbers.
7. When create new project - new feature to add name of Founder, in the beginning it works fine, and adds the name of founder properly. But later this info in not visible anywhere from project page. Was it planned like this?
8. Suggestion is to move Manage and Help link on top of the project page. So it is noticeable directly.
9. Invite new person to the projects: works fine, checked with gmail, hotmail and one Ukrainian email provider.
10. If from Manage/Persons click of one person, then it comes the error message. The print screen of it is available in dropbox in Dropbox\SIDE Insight Project\Server side\images.
11. General observation: all links on project creation section are open in new tab. Is this how it is supposed to be ? A bit annoying when you have clicked many times and you have many different tabs opened.
12. When participant -- or normal user not a researcher -- is making the changes in his/ her profile, it is asked to confirm the password, but the other field with password is also editable, so the user can just to two write new password and that is it. Somehow it is wrong.
13. !!! I cant get the participants authorized - Here is the proejct: http://jimu.cs.hut.fi/side/project/A_123/manage/persons - I have there to persons, and with both I have accepted the invitation and logged in. But they are still shown like unauthorized.
14. For participants - password retrieving works fine.
15. Is there any place in manage project, where it is possible to see who are others in the project? I tried to invite new researcher, it went fine. But anyway, new researcher in not shown in the Researchers table in Manage section.

According to the problems above, I created new separated issues for them. And it seams that github itself automatically bind those issues' links here. Good!

All is fine expect:

15. In almost all emails sent from the project, the link to log in is not clickable. I think it has to start from new line. - basically it means that the formatting of all invitation emails has to be checked.

For example on hotmail box link is not clickable, it has to start from the new line: Hi,

You are invited to participant project test02.

Click the link to accept the invitation:http://side.soberit.hut.fi/side/invite/0ce4fd18f331ea245a59c5d20a63f457

The default templates have been changed. The link now is click able and start from new line.

Please create a new project to test 15.

tested with gmail, aallto email and hotmail. All works and looks good. SO I close the issue.
