Changing sqlite format to text file? #51

One of the ideas is to have data in csv format, because it basically does not have any formatting overhead: Time, Type, Observation1, Observation2, Observation3 2011-11-14 10:47:00.000,3,145.0,73.0,0.0 2011-11-14 10:47:00.000,0,83.0,0.0,0.0

we managed to get a server with newest sqlite
