Improve usability of the calendar #54

Please, put description for this issues, explaining the changes you are going to make.

Presenting observation data Currently all observation data can be accessed by date selection in the calendar. Right now there is no way, how to find out whether certain date has the measured data or not. Suggestion is to highlight those dates in the calendar, which have the data, as it showed on figure 3 (figure is available in google doc: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1dnW6ugOORM2w9-2ayZspAXM4jSV62t5gHEjZzvuiMDs/edit?hl=en_GB ). This will make easier data search for users.

3hours, until 3rd of December

For the new calendar, it needs new api, i have wrote that. The deadline for calendar postpone to the end of Monday (5th).

hi! Could you next time specify on what server the changes should be checked. Now I see that on side server there is a new calendar - it looks differently in comparison with Get &Check portal. and there is only one date is highlighted with bold font Saturday 10th, but it is not clickable. s this the way how it should be?
