Using application with new device #58

When using application with new blood pressure/glucose device, which has no data, erroneous zero values are shown on the mobile.

To be more specific, in "Vital Parameters" list you see following entries (which is wrong - if there is no data, there should be no entries):

pulse: 0 bpm
blood pressure, systolic: 0 mmHg, diastolic 0 mmHg
glucose: 0 mg/dl, type: 0

Second issue with new device is if you only have glucose observations (no blood pressure observations), application doesn't get any glucose data. This is a problem of the application.

Fixed this

Max, I cleared memory of Fora and when you start using 'clean' device with no previous measurements, it still makes sessions with all zeros

tested with Sony Ericsson and Fora d 40, 0 measurements are not created. issue is solved
