Fix the links edit function in tool page #60

New issue form #42

  1. The functions for edit and remove links on tool page are missing. e.g. http://jimu.cs.hut.fi/side/research/tools/view/3
  2. Add notification that: The URL should be a full URL address. e.g. Starts with 'http://', 'https://' or 'ftp://'

Now the edit and delete functions are add.

ok, good, checked only at :http://side.soberit.hut.fi/side . Now it works, so i close the issue.
