Founder and pages info is missing on project page #63

New issue from #42 :

  1. add new page for the project - page was created, but is visible only in content section under Project / Manage
  2. The founder's information is not visible for anyone.

These two issues have been solved.

The founder's information is under the project name.

A pages link is added in project page to the list of content. And the contents are filtered by permission as describe following:

  1. Participant can only see the public content
  2. Only Researcher can view all contents list
  3. User who is not belong to the project has no permission to view any contents.

both changes checked on both portals: side and getcheck. All works. Issue is closed
