Error information when click tags #67

This new issue from #42

In manage->person page, when click a tag, an error information come out.

This bug has been fixed. Please check it.

This issue is from #42 -> 9. If from Manage/Persons click of one person, then it comes the error message. The print screen of it is available in dropbox in Dropbox\SIDE Insight Project\Server side\images.
