Problem with making the measurement with FORA device so that data gets transmitted to the Android phone #70

I have tried to follow the instructions in the manual but I am unable to make the measurement after pairing the devices. FORA device is in a state in which blue light blinks rapidly and device is not responding.

Environment: -Samsung Galaxy S+

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Pair devices according to manual
  2. Press human shape in the FORA device for choosing desired user number before starting single measurement.

Outcome: Nothing happens. All buttons are inactive Expected outcome: I should be able to choose desired user number and then press S to make the measurement

Note: For some reason, physical activity app says that pairing is successful even though FORA device keeps on blinking blue light rapidly (which should indicate that it is still searching device). According to manual I should have paired with device named TAIDOC-BP but apparently correct name was Taidoc-Device. For some reason, it didn’t ask me the pairing code (111111) but just paired immediately and informed “pairing successful”. At one point I saw a brief message “pairing unsuccessful” which immediately changed to “pairing successful”.

This was stupid user error. Problem solved after going through the steps with Maksim. However, we identified problems in the user guide which I will add as a separate issue.
