Create month-selector toolbar #4

At the top of the calendar view and calculation view, create a toolbar that has the following elements:

  1. Month selector drop down [Depends on sj-cruise002/wfh-calculator/issues/1]: Change in calendar month should be driven by this drop down. On change, reset the calculator to initial state

  2. Save button [Depends on sj-cruise002/wfh-calculator/issues/2]

  3. Reset button [Depends on sj-cruise002/wfh-calculator/issues/3]
