Add confirmation dialogue on clear playlist button

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add items to playlist
2. Tap clear playlist
3. See all of your stories disappear

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
An action that isn't undo-able like this should have a confirmation dialogue 
before taking effect. That way, people don't accidentally clear their playlist 
without a warning.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Test of the dialogue should read, "Are you sure you want to clear your 
playlist?"

Another potential solution would be to move the button to a different part of 
the screen. Because the button is near the recent apps icon on ICS devices, 
it's easy to accidentally tap it.
