While adding docstrings to WebsiteScraper.py, I noticed several places that could be cleaned up and optimized.
[ ] Many of the condition statements in GetInstructions and GetRecipeName are for the JsonScrapper, these conditions should be moved to the JsonScrapper class
[ ] GetRecipeFromUrl is too big and does too much, it should be split up so it can be unit tested and maintained easier.
