Wrong color of the unified toolbar / bottom bar (other situation)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a window!
2. Open a dialog (which is modal to this window) which contains a bottom
bar / unified toolbar.
3. The color of this components will look like the dialog has not the focus!
4. Resize the dialog and the color changed (so now it is ok)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want that the color is always right!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.5 (also wrong with Developer build 0.9.6), OS: Mac OS X 10.5

Please provide any additional information below.
I tried to repaint the component after opening the dialog, but it had got
no effect)

I can try to work-around Apples bug. It appears they are incorrectly 
transitioning focus to the dialog window.
