KB0046_c has been sequenced twice, and KB0046_c_t has been sequenced twice. Yet, in samplesheets, KB0046_c_t does not exist at all, instead, KB0046_c appears to be sequenced 4 times.

Since the size of KB0046_c that we have on our server is huge, it is clear that this sample has been merged from at least 2 files.
