(Ishana) Create Dress Modifications #29

Description: 5 lines Did You Know: 2 lines Status: drop-down (proposed, approved, drawing done, writeup done)

Follow the display model shown here: http://www.projectabcd.com/modify_dress.php?id=1

Change the label from "Create Question" --> "Create Dress"

(Stretch goal) When the users upload an image, please see whether the image can be shown on the form (before users click "Create Dress")

I have fixed all these changes including the stretch goal (user can see the image the upload). GitHub Desktop does not seem to be working and is unable to detect the changes. So I sent the modified files to Siva Uncle.
