FPs 2, 3, and 4 #1

This pull request consists of all of the work assigned to our team since the beginning of the project. This includes:

  1. Designing and creating a form for registrations
  2. Designing and creating a database to hold registration data
  3. Desiging the overall UI for the website, and creating several pages
  4. Integrating the registration form into the website and linking it to the database
  5. Allowing the user to edit their registrations after they have submitted the registration form
