Updated: schools.php, school_details.php, css/*, images/* #18

The schools.php will now open the school_details.php file in a new tab

The minor additions to the main.css are included in this request

To make sure the images used in schools.php and school_details.php match the code I did a drag and drop of the entire images directory.

Was intending to create a pull to our fork from my branch, pull to primary not needed at this time.
