Need to add "preferences" to the admin panel.
What can be changed/configured by the admin?
[1] What is the size of the image to be shown on the main display of schools? -is it width driven? or height driven?
[2] How many schools per row
[3] how many blogs to display on the main page?
These are stored as name-value pairs in a table called "preferences"
